Each staff member can be allocated their own password to log in, as well as specific permissions or restrictions to areas of the events management software. The system can also be configured to allow staff to maintain their personal details, add skills & qualifications, languages, ID photos and more. In addition, the software will instantly notify you of any changes, allowing you to review and update details if required. Our document management tool allows staff to upload documents, emails and PDF files.
Weekly email notifications to your staff will ensure they are kept up-to-date about upcoming events, listing any events they have been rostered to. These notifications act as another means of promoting events to your staff without any manual intervention required on your behalf.
Wages & Payroll

We recognise recruitment can be a time and resource intensive task, which is why we’ve included recruitment facilities as part of the VTEvents system. This means applicants can apply online, including their contact information, skills & qualifications, references, availabilities and so-on.
This information is saved directly into the system and ready for you to start using straight-away, making notes and saving additional details as the recruitment process is underway.
