VTEvents Rostering Mobile App

Being a mobile app you can install means you’ll always have easy access to the information you otherwise would have via your browser – your own information, hours worked, skill & qualifications, upcoming events and more.

Event maps and address information is available within the mobile app, together with fast access to navigate to the event, minimising the time needed at the start of each shift.

Notifications are straight to your phone, and open relevant information within the event staff app, such as events, notices, qualifications and so-on, making access to the related information as easy as tapping the notification for information.

Find & filter upcoming events, view event, weather & roster information, and submit expressions of interest to any events & shifts you’re interested in attending.

For events you’re already rostered to, you can confirm your attendance for any you’re tentatively rostered to, download & view any relevant documents, and receive updates to any changes to the event & your shifts.

As the event comes up, you can sign in & out of the event, or otherwise confirm your hours, and submit post-event reports as needed.

Keeping your own information updated has also become even easier in the VTEvents event roster app, including your contact details, availabilities, as well as emergency information. Skills, qualifications and more, can be added & renewed, as well as updating any driving licences & vehicle information (eg. for parking & vehicle passes).

Admin hours can also be added (ie. to record hours spent outside of events – filing paperwork, maintaining vehicles, etc).
