Volunteer & staff skills/qualifications
Rostering qualified staff
Work smarter, not harder, by letting VTEvents automatically check the skills & qualifications your staff need at their events are all there, and in-date.
Linking the skills/quals to positions people are rostered to at events also helps finding additional people whom are skilled & available to assist – eg. if you need more people than originally anticipated, or someone can’t make it to an event they were rostered on.
You can keep lots of info
Record a variety of information to later use when finding staff to roster, trainers for upcoming courses, and people whom might benefit from additional training.
- Skills & qualifications your staff have
- Languages they speak & know
- Ratings & permits they’ve obtained
- Proficiencies they hold
- Registrations they have
- Experience they’ve built up
- Inductions they’ve done (ie. at certain venues & clients)
- Vaccinations they have had
- And more…
Where your organisation allows it, VTEvents can be setup to encourage your staff & volunteers to upload their own skills/qualifications as they’re renewed, or as new skills/qualifications are obtained.
This in-turn allows you to utilise skills you may not have known about otherwise, whilst keeping everything in-check when it comes to compliance with what your staff require at event.
Expiry reminders
Automatic reminders are sent from VTEvents as skills/qualifications approach their expiry dates, alleviating some of the admin work associated with following up with staff and reminding them ahead of time to fix up any skills/qualifications before they expire
Leverage skills & qualifications in a number of industries;
Make sure the event medics, doctors and paramedics are adequately qualified for the upcoming events they’ve been rostered to
Ensure the people rostered have experience in the roles they’ve been assigned & ensure your events run flawlessly
Ensure safety on the road by matching the right personnel to specific tasks, such as first aid, rail corridor works & track safety, TMAs and more
